How do I sign up for your newsletter?
To be informed of the latest styles and offers please create an account with us, you don't have to make a purchase to do this. Alternatively you can type your email address into the box at the bottom of the site and click Sign up
Are you on Twitter, Facebook etc?
Yes we are and often offer discounts and send out updates of our latest stock. Please follow us by using the links at the bottom of the site.
Orders and Returns
There is something wrong with my Order, what do I do?
Please open a support call with us by using the Contact Us  page. Please stipulate exactly what the issue was with the order and a meber of our team will get back to you.
How do I return a style?
Please ensure you fill out the returns form you will receive with your order detailing what you want to return, why you wish to return the item so we can improve our service and how you would like it handled. For instance if you want an item exchanged please clearly state this. Finally enclose this paper work and the item to be returned in the package to return and send it back to us via a recorded delivery method. We do incluse a pre paid returns sticker that you are welcome to use, please get proof of postage at the post office and note there is a £3 fee for this service.
I have lost the returns paperwork, what shall I do?
If you have lost your paperwork for a return please enclose a note with the order. Please ensure you put your order number on this note, details of the item being returned, it's product code and your name/surname so we can identify you when we receive the return

I would like an exchange but what if it is out of stock?
If you send an item back and the exchange requested is not in stock you will be refunded and your order treated as a normal return. You will be emailed if this is the case. If you are understandably concerned that an item will go out of stock you can send the item back for a refund and place a new order for the exchange however you will incur a delivery charge doing this
How many times can I exchange an item
Items can be exchanged once per order, per item. After this a new order must be placed
Delivery
I want to change my delivery address after placing the order
Due to security checks carried out when an order is placed we do not allow delivery addresses to be changed after an order is made. Please ensure you choose the correct delivery address and someone will be there to sign for the item
I will not be home can you tell the courier to leave it with my neighbour?
Unfortunately we cannot pass messages to the drivers, please either use the while you were out card that will be left to re-arrange delivery or place a note outside your door to leave it with a neighbour (please note that whichever decision you make is at your discretion and your responsiblity)
Stock Enquiries
I love this style, but it is out of stock
Stock is always limited and styles can sell out very fast. Very often there will only be one batch at any time so if you see a style you like you do need to be quick. Items may come back into stock from time to time so do check back regularly or click to 'Watch Item' to be notified of changes to a product.
You don't do my size
All items displayed are shown in the clothes sizes available and colours available, unfortunately we are unable to heed requests to get a particular size or colour.
What is One Size
One size items are usually made up of stretchy material that fits nearly all sizes and shapes. As such they do not fall into a normal size category
What dress size is your model on the site?
Our models are all size 6-8 and will be wearing this size of every item on display
